Update on Ukraine: conference organisers' statement

We are closely monitoring the war in Ukraine.

Our team, many of whom live in Poland, have friends and colleagues in Ukraine, giving us all a deep connection to the situation. As you will know, several million refugees have arrived in Poland. They are being supported with the help of the Polish authorities, the Polish people, and aid from around the world.  

Preparations for the Global Forum on Nicotine 2023 in June are in progress, and we are planning for the delivery of a successful event.

Of course, we understand the uncertainty the situation will be causing among our conference guests and exhibitors. We would therefore like to assure you that we will be flexible. If the need arises and the event has to be cancelled, we will be ready to return fees paid or transfer them over to next year’s event.
